Your News | The 2nd leg of the 2013 “Play for the Kids” Charity Softball Tournament will be held on Saturday June 15th at Olympic Park in Aurora. This is a USSSA sanctioned Men’s D & E tournament. It will be a 1 day event, 3 game guarantee, cost is $275, 2 HomeRuns Per team per game. We play a 2 game Pool Play and then all teams move on to a single elimination bracket. Teams are bracketed by classification and USSSA Points. In the final rounds D & E Teams will end facing each other, at that point we play an equalizer rule. No homeruns for the D team, 2 homeruns for the E team.
*1st & 2nd Place Teams received T-Shirts and Gift Certificates to Challengers Sports Bar & Grill.
*Points are awarded towards the Series Prizes, after all 4 legs- 1st Place $400, 2nd Place $250, 3rd Place $100. (Attached is the point standings after Leg 1)
