Wolves and Wild Lands in the 21st Century, all ages
Journey to places, from the Arctic to the southwestern U.S. and learn about wolves in North America. This national traveling exhibit featuring more than six mounted animals was developed by the Bell Museum of Natural History, in cooperation with the International Wolf Center in Minnesota. It offers a closer look at wolves and coyotes with added Colorado facts presented by Aurora’s Morrison Nature Center. Free.

Civilian Conservation Corps in Colorado, all ages
The Civilian Conservation Corps or CCC was created as part of the New Deal program in the 1930s. This military-style program provided work, food, and a paycheck to over 2.5 million men. If you’ve ever driven on Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park or been to Red Rocks Amphitheater you’ve benefited from the hard work of these men. Free.
