AURORA | Dr. Gagandeep Singh, medical director and nursing home specialist at Life Care Center of Aurora, last month received the Physician of the Year Award for Life Care Centers of America’s Mountain States Division.
The award was given during a Life Care ceremony held March 16 at the American Medical Directors Association Annual Conference in Phoenix. Life Care also presented awards to five other division winners, a company-wide winner and a Heritage Award winner.
Singh has been the medical director at Life Care Center of Aurora for five years. He was praised for his mentorship of associates and his clinical expertise.
“Dr. Singh has demonstrated extraordinary commitment and effectiveness as the physician in our building,” Dani Andrade, executive director at Life Care Center of Aurora said in a statement. “He not only has profound knowledge and competency in clinical practice, but he has one of the biggest hearts in skilled nursing.”
