The mission of the Key Community Response Team, as a component of the City of Aurora Emergency Operations Plan/Civil Disturbance Annex, is to serve as a resource to assist the Police and Fire departments in addressing any potentially explosive or confrontational incidents.  It is comprised of volunteers from area businesses, schools, clergy, city departments and local agencies and organizations.  All meetings are open to the public.
