BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. | A 22-year-old University of Colorado student is dead after skiing at the Breckenridge ski area.
Summit County deputy coroner Maggie Cox says Jacob Koltun died after skiing an expert area on Peak 7 and wasn’t wearing a helmet. She said his death appears to be an accident but didn’t release any other details about what happened.
