BOULDER | Authorities have arrested two suspects in connection with a fatal shooting in north Boulder.
The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office says 51-year-old Cody Nelson was arrested Friday on a charge of first-degree murder in the death of 31-year-old Andrew Duncan. Meanwhile, 31-year-old Miriam Nayeh was arrested on a charge of being an accessory to first-degree murder.
Deputies responding to a disturbance at a home Friday morning found Duncan with multiple gunshot wounds. He died at a nearby hospital.
Investigators have not said what led to the shooting, and booking documents do not indicate if either Nelson or Nayeh has hired an attorney.
