The Adams County Board of County Commissioners has created a Transparency Hotline for residents and county employees to report concerns about suspected fraud, misconduct or misuse of county resources.
County officials have fallen under scrutiny and criminal investigations during the past several months, prompting questions about integrity in the county’s government.
