CASTLE ROCK | Teachers in Douglas County schools say new evaluations are unfair.
Results are mixed at campuses throughout the school district after principals completed the first round of teacher evaluations under a new system that ties pay raises to the ratings.
According to the Denver Post (https://tinyurl.com/l59q7xs , the evaluation system is also drawing rebuke from some parents who say it has created an inconsistent measure of educator performance and is pushing some of their favorite teachers out of the school district.
