AURORA | A man robbed an Aurora Key Bank branch about 10 a.m. Friday, making off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police said a man in an Oakley T-shirt, black sunglasses and a backward ballcap entered the Key Bank at 603 Peoria St. and demanded money. Surveillance images from the bank have been released to help identify the suspect.
Aurora police are asking that anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of the robbery suspect to contact Detective Michael Thrapp at 303-472-0350 or call Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-903-STOP (7867). Crime Stoppers callers may remain anonymous and be eligible for up to a $2,000 reward.
