Carlos Monroy, 60, of Aurora, was driving a 1999 Peterbuilt semi-truck with tractor about 2:30 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 near Highway 6 when the truck hit a 2016 Chevy Malibu that had slowed for a lane closure in the construction zone.
