GIRLS 4X100 METER RELAY: Eaglecrest, Smoky Hill, Grandview and Cherokee Trail all ran in the prelims, but only the Raptors were able to earn a spot among the top nine teams to advance to the finals Saturday at 3:05 p.m. Saturday. The Eaglecrest team of Tatum Gratix, Anaya Ewing, Malayna Gaines and Zenobia Witt) ran a time of 48.29 seconds that was second behind Heritage (48.19) to advance. Next fastest was Smoky Hill 48.94, which was 11th, followed by Grandview (49.39) in 13th and Cherokee Trail in 14th (49.42). The Cougars came into the event as the No. 1 seed with a top time of 48.13 seconds.
800 SPRINT MEDLEY RELAY: The only Aurora team to qualify for the finals was Grandview, which deployed a lineup of Leiava Holliman, Makiya Singleton, Emerson Deferme and Anna Wehrenberg. The group turned in a fifth-place finish.
