WALLA WALLA, WASHINGTON | Made up of half Regis Jesuit High School players in junior-to-be Mary Weinstein and sophomore-to-be Jaclyn Murray, Team Colorado finished 14th at the 2014 Girls’ Junior Americas Cup Tournament that wrapped up Thursday.

Throwing out the highest score, the Colorado group — which also included Class 4A state champion Jennifer Kupcho of Jefferson Academy and Cheyenne Mountain star Kylee Sullivan — finished with a three-round total of 58-over-par 706, putting it just one shot behind Southern Nevada and five strokes ahead of Utah in the 37th annual event played at Walla Walla Country Club.
