DENVER | The Grandview baseball team made its annual pilgrimage to Coors Field March 15 and pounded out 10 hits in a 9-3 win over ThunderRidge.

Fifteen players got the chance to take at least one at-bat and coach Scott Henry used eight pitchers in the victory on the home field of the Colorado Rockies. Senior Preston Ederhoff got the win with a scoreless inning of work.

Seniors Luke La Flam and Dillon Schroeder and junior Jackson Vanzee each had a pair of hits and junior Jayden Martinez tripled and drove in a pair of runs.

After just one game in Colorado, Grandview moves on to a spring break trip to Anaheim, California, for the 44th annual Anaheim Lions Tournament.
