2017-18 averages: 6.8 points, 8.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1 steal per game

Season highlights: Oke emerged as an absolute force for coach Danny Fisher’s Overland team, which bounced back from a 1-7 start and went on to win the Centennial League championship and reach the Great 8 round of the Class 5A state playoffs. Oke upped his scoring average by two points from the previous season to 6.8 per contest (topped by a 17-point effort against Mullen), improved his rebounding by 1.7 to a team-high 8.0 per contest and also averaged 1.5 assists and 1.0 steals per game. The All-Centennial League second team selection was credited with a double-double seven times on the season, including a 12-point, 16-rebound effort in a playoff win over Regis Jesuit. Oke’s emergence led to a scholarship offer from Metro State, which he recently accepted.
