AURORA | Congressman Jason Crow is hosting a town hall meeting on Sunday.

It’s the freshman congressman’s fifth and final town hall of the year. Crow has held several other smaller meetings and roundtables on specific policy topics. This town hall meeting isn’t slated to have any focus, although it does fall in the midst of impeachment proceedings.

Crow hasn’t yet said whether he’ll vote for impeachment, but he was instrumental in launching the inquiry. Crow along with six other freshman Democrats with military service from moderate districts.

In a Washington Post op-ed, the group said, “This flagrant disregard for the law cannot stand. To uphold and defend our Constitution, Congress must determine whether the president was indeed willing to use his power and withhold security assistance funds to persuade a foreign country to assist him in an upcoming election.”

The town hall will be Sunday at the Bruce Schroffel Auditorium at UC Health Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion 2. The meeting will begin at 1 p.m.
