The Colorado Coaches of Girls’ Sports (CCGS) bring their all-state games — which honor top senior players in all classifications during the 2023-24 girls basketball season — to Grandview High School on Sunday.

Among the 20 selections for the Class 5A/6A game — the last of five contests on the day with a scheduled tip-off time of 3 p.m. — is a trio of players from Aurora programs. Regis Jesuit’s Hana Belibi is part of the Blue Team, while the Red Team roster includes Rangeview’s D’Ajha Horton as well as Vista PEAK Prep’s Mackenzie Griffin.

Belibi was the leading scorer for coach Jordan Kasemodel’s team — which finished as the runner-up in 6A — as she averaged 17.5 points per game. The Harvard-bound frontcourt player also averaged 8.5 rebounds per contest on her way to Continental League Player of the Year honors.

Horton earned a spot on the All-City (6A) first team as a leader for Rangeview in its first season under head coach Tony Speights. She averaged a team-high 13.5 points as well as 6.7 rebounds, which ranked her second on the Raiders.

Griffin was one of three Vista PEAK Prep players to be honored on the All-City (4A/5A) first team, as she contributed 7.3 points per contest plus a variety of intangibles for coach Howard Payne’s Bison, who won their league championship.

The remaining selections on the 5A/6A Blue Team: Tahlaya Biglow (Doherty), Sofia Baldessari (Douglas County), Natalie Thornton (Horizon), Nashara Elerbee (Northfield), Brooke Gomez (Westminster), Taylin Serlen (Standley Lake), Emily Allison (Columbine) and Meghan Keil (Mountain View).

The Red Team is rounded out by Morgan Ives (Horizon), Nevaeh Millard (Denver South), Chloe Simons (Palisade), Malorie Byrne (Arvada West), Charli Kirkland (Pueblo County), Trynity Martin (Pueblo West) and Maddie Hartel (Erie).
