EDITOR: It’s crazy that Aurora would even consider preventing people from smoking legal marijuana outdoors on their own property. The very argument makes my head spin. It’s legal to drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes on private property, as it should be for marijuana. Discussion over. Done. Next.

EDITOR: In case Aurora does make it illegal for people to smoke legal marijuana on their porch or if the cops write some kind of ticket for it, be sure to tell everyone you know about jury nullification, not just for weed, but for every unjust law. The citizen is the final check against an overreaching government.
