EDITOR: My thoughts are for those who feel they are being betrayed by candidates, elected officials, and political parties:

1. For those who voted for (at that time) Mr. Trump back in 2016, and who plan to vote for President Trump again:

Can you identify and describe, at least one thing that our current president can do to make you stop supporting for him, and vote against him this year?

If you are unable to answer this question, honestly and genuinely, you might need to ask yourself, why?

Remember, no elected official deserves such blind loyalty.

2. For people who only vote along party lines:

Is it too difficult to see a candidate from a different political party could be more qualified for the position than the candidate who is affiliated to the same party as you?

If so, I would encourage you to ask yourself whether or not if political parties are shaping our democracy with the ‘greater and common good’ in mind, or if they are putting their interests above the nation?

You might find that the political party you are a member of, takes you and your money for granted. In addition, your ten, twenty, fifty, or maybe hundred, dollar donation, will never compare to corporate dollars, when it comes to shaping and influencing the mind of a candidate and elected official (assuming the candidate is elected).

In short, Party Politics are one of the most undemocratic parts of our political system, so let’s break the duopoly the Republican and Democratic Parties have created.
