Quincy, today, let them B.S. that the operator stopped the train in accordance with protocol.  IT WAS DERAILED, of course he stopped it. Else he’d be going down Alameda without tracks under his car!

Officials said the operator complied with protocol immediately after the derailment and stopped the train.
