DEAR EDITOR: I just chided 9 News for their lead story — $260 million over eight years to a Rockies baseball player!
What are they doing to report on genrification in this cowtown when most people who have meaningful and Germaine jobs can’t even afford to continue to live here? Like teachers, police officers, firefighters, grocery store workers, and the like? In my opinion, most people work hard in their respective jobs. Not everyone makes a conducive salary. They continue to provide with less and expendable finances, not due to laziness.
When media and print reporting continue to ignore the growing rift between the haves and have nots, you contribute to the Trump and Republican proponents who MAGA their power and money.
Outside of Dave Perry, what happened to the real soul of journalism? What happened to the common good?
