I wish to recommend Cathy Wildman to the Aurora Public Schools Board of Education. Cathy has been a life-long educator, having spent 30 plus years in education and many of them as a classroom teacher in APS. Even after retirement, she never gave up on her desire to help students achieve. She is a champion for students and will not rest until all students succeed.
Cathy is a listener. She listens to the community, the teachers, and the students and acts on the concerns so that students achieve. Her only goal is to see all the students of APS succeed and become productive adults. She spends countless hours in her mission.
As a classroom teacher in APS, I have seen the work she has completed and the positive changes she has helped make in Aurora. She needs to be retained on the Board of Education!
