Billie Day is an excellent fit for the Aurora Public School Board. In addition to a career in public education, she originated programs in parenthood education, and has assisted students in finding scholarships in international exchange programs. From her Peace Corps experience and other volunteer efforts, she has wide and deep understanding of diverse cultures, which is so valuable in Aurora’s multi-cultural school population. Her interests and work in the arts enrich her grasp of people’s needs.
Billie Day will make a positive difference on the Aurora School Board of Education.
