David J Morrissey passed away in Denver Oct.30, 2015. He was 79.
Born and raised in Dodge City, Kansas, Mr. Morrissey graduated high school in 1955 from St Mary’s of the Plains. He served in the US Army 1956-1958 and continued at St Mary’s College to graduate with a bachelor of science in 1961.
He is survived by his wife Liisa Morrissey, predeceased by two brothers, Jim and Larry. He is survived by four brothers, Tom (Barbara) in Florida, Frank in Texas, Gary (Natalie) in Oklahoma, Danny in Illinois.
Mr. Morrissey leaves four children Dave (Cindy), Kent, Martin (Kris), Kevin. He is step-Father to Rob Bunn (Erinn).
Grandfather to 9 wonderful kids.
His career went from Loan Officer, Finance Manager, Insurance Agent, to minister. His life mission was to be a spiritual teacher, and that he did for over 20 years, teaching various classes and establishing Rocky Mountain Miracle Center. So many classes started with “I’ve never been happier in my life.”
His physical presence will be missed, especially his smile. He will continue on as we remember his teachings.
