GRAND JUNCTION | Republican Mitt Romney’s campaign asked a production company that worked on an event in Colorado to cover up its logo before he took the stage.
The company? Snob Productions.
The Daily Sentinel in Grand Junction (https://goo.gl/Zude2) reports that the company masked its trucks and dressed employees in shirts that didn’t bear the company logo. Company owner David Wall says he’s never had such a request.
Romney held a town hall-style campaign event in Grand Junction Tuesday. Outside the event, Democratic protesters derided Romney’s offshore bank accounts using Swiss cheese and other props.
Snob Productions handled a 2008 campaign event by President Barack Obama where the logo was also noticed by campaign staff. Wall says he was asked to move a truck away from television cameras, but not cover the logo.
