AURORA | Two Aurora men were arrested last week linked to unrelated felony charges after separate investigations found they each possessed thousands of images and videos of child sexual abuse material, according to Aurora police.
The Aurora Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit said the investigations were conducted independently and stemmed from separate online tips received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Aurora police spokesperson Joe Moylan said in a statement.

Orlando Archuleta, 53, and Dzhamshed Yusupov, 37, both of Aurora, were arrested Jan. 23 after a court issued warrants sought by the police department’s Fugitive Apprehension and Narcotics Unit.
Archuleta faces five counts of felony sexual exploitation of a child, while Yusupov is charged with seven counts of felony sexual exploitation of a child.
Both men were released from the Arapahoe County jail in lieu of $10,000 bond, police said.
The charges against Archuleta date to March 2025, when detectives received a “cyber tip” about an online account believed to be sharing or possessing child sexual abuse material, Moylan said. Investigators later determined the account’s IP address was in Aurora. After executing a search warrant at Archuleta’s home, detectives seized multiple electronic devices. A forensic examination revealed more than 15,000 images of child sexual abuse material, Moylan said.

Yusupov’s case began with a separate tip received in January 2025 that also referenced an Aurora-based online account suspected of sharing or possessing child sexual abuse material. Detectives seized numerous electronic devices while serving a search warrant at his home, too. An examination of those devices uncovered 69 images and more than 2,600 videos of child sexual abuse material, Moylan said.
“Every image and every video represents the abuse of a real child,” Marc Paolino, commander of the Aurora Police Department Investigations Bureau, said in a statement, calling such cases among the most serious crimes investigators handle.
Both men face charges in Arapahoe District Court.
Police said anyone with information can call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tipsters can remain anonymous and still be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000, police said.

I’ve never understood this crime. I’m a 71-year-old man. When I’m with my sweet granddaughter, all I see is a vulnerable little girl who needs normal surroundings and no contact with weirdos. My daughters and my granddaughters were the best things to come into our lives. It should be easy to provide a safe supportive environment for girls to become strong women. Fortunately, my wife of 50 years, my two daughters, and my granddaughter are just that – strong, smart, and confident women. I can’t fathom the sorrow that the family of exploited people feel. I hope these two clowns get long sentences!
