AURORA | As Bette Davis once famously pointed out, getting old isn’t for sissies. The Vintage Theatre’s ‘Angry, ‘Angry, Raucous and Shamelessly Gorgeous’ drives that point home with laughs and poignancy through the weekend. ‘Angry, Raucous and Shamelessly Gorgeous’ at the Vintage

Vintage Theatre presents the regional premiere of Pearl Cleage’s “Angry, Raucous and Shamelessly Gorgeous,” a sharp and funny look at art, aging and legacy. The story follows legendary actress Anna Campbell, who returns to the U.S. for one last performance, only to discover she’s being replaced by a younger woman. Directed by Adrienne Martin-Fullwood, the production runs through Nov. 23 in the Bond-Trimble Theatre.

Music Industry Mixer at Manos Sagrados

A networking evening held by the Colorado Music Industry Alliance, bringing together label reps, producers, songwriters, and other professionals in Aurora’s Creative Arts District. This mixer offers an informal but focused setting to build relationships, discuss trends, and explore possible collaborations.

Aurora Road Runners Club Run

Grooveline: Line Dance with Raw Groove

Mile High Holidays Drone Show

A nightly spectacle of 600 drones choreographed to form holiday-themed animations above the Denver skyline. The show’s scale and creativity make it a magical, communal event.

Mile High Tree Light Display

Meow Wolf Denver – Immersive Art Experience

2025 Colorado State Yo-Yo Contest

The Pond Ice Rink opening celebration

Visitors can vote for their favorites and bid in an online auction, with proceeds funding the museum’s internship program. The display offers a festive blend of art, tradition and community goodwill.

Aurora Fox Arts Center: A Christmas Carol, maybe not what you think

The Aurora Fox begins its holiday season production with the opening weekend of The Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen’s Guild Dramatic Society’s Production of ‘A Christmas Carol’. This comedy features an amateur group’s hilariously disastrous attempt to stage the Dickens classic.
