A surveillance camera image of a man police say they want to speak to about a fatal shooting Saturday at Fuego Fuego bar in Aurora.

AURORA | Police today released a surveillance photo of a man they want to question in connection with a Saturday morning slaying near Fuego Fuego bar.

In a statement, police said the man is a “person of interest” and asked the public for help identifying him.

Police also announced a $5,000 reward for information in the case.

Investigators are also looking for a gold or tan Pontiac Grand Am that they believe may be connected to the shooting, which left one man dead near the bar at 740 Peoria St.

According to police, officers responded to the bar near East Sixth Avenue and Peoria Street around 2 a.m. Saturday on a report of shots fired.

When officers arrived, they found a man near the bar who had been shot several times.  The man was rushed to an area hospital where he later died.

The Arapahoe County coroner’s office has not yet released the victim’s name.
