AURORA | Police say an unidentified Aurora man shot dead yesterday afternoon in northwest Aurora knew the man police suspect was the shooter.
Police were called to 1480 Lima St. at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday on reports of a shooting. Officers discovered a man shot multiple times.
The man, whom police did not identify, was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Police said the shooting occurred after an altercation with a 46-year-old man. His name was also not released.
