AURORA | Remote learning hasn’t killed the snow day — Aurora area schools announced Sunday night that school will be canceled Monday for Cherry Creek and Aurora Public Schools districts students thanks to the snowstorm that swept through much of the Front Range on Sunday.
The Aurora region reported about 5 inches of snow from the cold storm, with lows early this morning at about 8 degrees, according to the National Weather Service
Northern Colorado mountain communities reported almost 20 inches of snow.
For this evening, partly cloudy, with a low around 5. Wind chill values as low as -6. Light and variable wind becoming south southwest 5 to 7 mph in the evening.
