AURORA | A motorcyclist died and their passenger was injured in a crash Saturday evening in southeast Aurora.
The crash happened around 7 p.m. at the intersection of East Quincy Avenue and South Reservoir Road, police said.
Two people were on the motorcycle when it collided with a Chevrolet Malibu in the intersection and threw both riders from the bike, police said.
The driver of the bike died at an area hospital, the passenger is in serious condition. Names have not been released.
Police said the driver of the Malibu was not injured and is cooperating with investigators.
