AURORA | An unidentified man was wounded Sunday night after being shot in an apartment parking lot near East Colfax and Moline Street in northwest Aurora.

Police were called to 1535 Moline St. at about 8:30 p.m. after reports of a shooting.

“When officers arrived at the scene, they located an adult male victim in a parking lot with a nonfatal gunshot wound,” police spokesperson Joe Moylan said in a statement. “The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment.”

Police said there was no suspect information available, and the no arrests were made.

Police said anyone with information can call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tipsters can remain anonymous and still be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000, police said.
