AURORA | A 54-year-old man is being held without bond on a first-degree murder charge after police say he gunned down a 60-year-old man Monday night in a Wal-Mart parking lot.

According to the Arapahoe County sheriff’s office, the shooting happened around 8:44 p.m. at a Wal-Mart at 1412 Parker Rd.
Deputies responded to the store — which is in unincorporated Arapahoe County, just west of the Aurora line — on a report of gunfire.
There, investigators found Robert Goldsberry, 60, suffering a several gunshot wounds, and rushed him to an area hospital where he later died.
Deputies arrested Daniel Fougner, 54, at the scene and later charged him with first-degree murder, according to a statement from the sheriff’s office.
Investigators have not discussed a motive or what relationship there was between the two men.

Yet, another reason not to shop at Walmart.
