   1. Just because Republicans are telling you they are not spending does not make it true. I agree spending is an issue, but one party is not the problem. You are falling for the good cop – bad cop scam.
      Do some research on what happens to debts, spending and deficits when each party is in charge. You may be suprised.
      You may also find that one spends on things you agree with, while the other spends on things you don’t agree with, but they are both spending. That is how government works.

            Did you complain when Bush started two wars with out paying fom them? Or national education policies with out paying for them, or new medicare plan without paying for them.

            I am NOT a democrat because they are essentially GOP light. It is a good-cop bad-cop scheme and if you are too ignorant to even know what that means, you are in the right group.
            I am glad you republicans are starting to see the real problems we face, but as usual, you want to blame everyone else with out even a moment of consideration to how your actions and the actions of those you supported might have contributed to the problems.
            Eventually, when the GOP is dead, you will be supporting the Democrats, while I will be supporting the new progressive party that fills the void.
            Think conservative Whig party and Progressive Republican Party. When the Whigs died out, the GOP became the Condervative party and the Democratic Party filled the void.
            It is happening again. But you go ahead and be scared, hide your head in the sand and blame everyone else. My guess is you are old, white, Christian and male. I think we have seen enough of your policies over the last 400 years and we are moving on,
