CENTENNIAL | Accused theater shooter James Holmes appeared in court briefly Thursday for a scheduling hearing.
During the 10-minute hearing at the Arapahoe County Justice Center, a judge set Holmes’ next appearance for Nov. 15, at which the two sides will haggle over several issues including witness privacy issues and the status of some of Holmes’ school records.
Holmes, wearing a red jail jumpsuit, sat quietly throughout the hearing.
Police say Holmes killed 12 and wounded more than 50 others during a July 20 shooting rampage at the Century Aurora 16 theater.
