AURORA | A fourth teenager was arrested Thursday, May 21, in connection with the slaying of a 19-year-old Aurora man last summer in the parking lot of an Aurora Taco Bell.

Aurora police Sgt. Chris Amsler, a spokesman for the department, said the 15-year-old suspect was arrested early Thursday afternoon at a home in the 4500 block of Genoa Street in Denver. Denver police assisted the Aurora police fugitive unit with the arrest, Amsler said.

Three other teens — Calvin Banks, 19, Sterling Hook, 18, and Vincent Rucker, 17 — were arrested last summer and charged with murder in connection with the June 4 slaying of Mark Chalfant. Hook and Rucker were juveniles at the time of the crime but have been charged as adults. All three are awaiting trial.

Amsler said police aren’t releasing the name of the fourth suspect because of his age.

Police are not looking for any additional suspects, Amsler said.
