AURORA | Police and the FBI are looking for a man and woman who robbed an Aurora bank last Friday.

The robbery happened around 12:30 p.m. May 23 at the Key Bank at 3607 S. Tower Road.

According to a statement from the FBI, the man and woman walked into the bank near Tower and East Hampden Avenue and the man pulled out a dark-colored pistol, jumped over the counter and demanded money. The couple then fled in an unknown vehicle.

The FBI described the man as about 6-feet tall, medium build and possible wearing a fake mustache. The woman was about 5 feet, 6 inches tall with a medium build and dark hair.

Investigators are asking anyone has with information on the robbery to call the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force at 303-629-7171. Callers can also remain anonymous and earn $2,000 reward by calling Crime Stoppers at  720-913-STOP (7867).
