DENVER | Denver police have arrested a 23-year old man in connection to the killing of a man whose body was set on fire last week.
The Denver Post reports Tahlil Johnson was arrested on suspicion of arson and first-degree murder related to the death of 53-year-old Seth Mosee.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit, firefighters found a man who had been set on fire inside a Denver apartment. The man had severe burns covering most of his body.
Police later found blood spatter on a wall and a bottle of lighter fluid.
According to the autopsy, Mosee died of a blunt force injury to the head and cuts to the neck.
Jail documents do not indicate if Johnson has hired an attorney.
