AURORA | A 92-year-old woman with dementia who hadn’t been seen since Saturday has been found safe, police said.
Police on Monday morning asked the public for help finding Elaine Phelps, who was missing from Heather Gardens Retirement Community.
Around 2:30 p.m. Aurora police tweeted that Phelps had been found and was safe.
