AURORA | Police are looking for a man who tried to kidnap a woman outside of her apartment early Sunday morning.
According to Aurora police, the incident happened around 1 a.m. Sunday at an apartment complex in the 3600 block of South Zeno Way.

A woman told investigators she was outside of her apartment when a man came up behind her, grabbed her and dragged her down the sidewalk. The woman screamed and her fiancé who was also outside heard her and ran to help. The suspect let go of the victim and ran off, police said.
Investigators described the man as a black male in his late teens to early 20s, standing about 5-feet, 7-inches tall with short curly hair. He was wearing a white tank top with blue stripes, light-colored blue jeans and white tennis shoes on the morning of the attack, police said.
The Aurora Police Reward Fund is offering up to $2,000 for information on the suspect. Police are asking anyone with information to call Detective Pat Hardin at 303-627-3160. Callers can also remain anonymous and call Crime Stoppers at 303-913-STOP (7867).
