Wine Walk at Aurora Southlands
Toss on your favorite roséwave playlist — maybe some Loggins and Messina? — and head down to Southlands Sept.12 for the shopping center’s second-annual wine walk. Thanks to a relatively new common consumption area around the mall, patrons can taste up to 10
one-ounce samples from 14 different wineries. A cadre of artists will also be peddling their wares with a backdrop of live music, and a portion of the proceeds will be gifted to the Aurora YMCA, so you can rest easy knowing your decision to imbibe will benefit the community. But the event sold out last year, so be sure to snag your tickets soon.
No box wines here. Sample the fruits of serious wine vineyards from France, Italy, Germany, Oregon and more.
Tickets include 10 small wine samples and a souvenir glass.
