AURORA | The area’s most venerable and largest benefit for fallen military heroes will hold an annual benefit concert and soirée on Memorial Day at The Stampede at 2430 S. Havana St.
The Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors program has aided more than 40,000 family members of fallen members of the military.
Since 1994, the organization has provided a 24-hour national peer support network and connection to grief resources, all at no cost to surviving families and loved ones.
The Memorial Day concert runs from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Hamburgers and hot dogs will also be available for purchase. The cost is $25 per person and $40 for a couple.
The band lineup includes: All in the Family, Boogie bob, Kathryn Gates, Jim Hyatt Band, Jake Jabes (yes that Jake Jabs) Carin Mari, Lee Sims and the Platte River Band, Lindsay Solonycze, Richie Law and the Southern Routes Band, and Wildfire.
