AURORA | A 32-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the slaying of a 23-year-old woman near East Mississippi Avenue and South Havana Street.
Shaun Davis is being held without bond at the Arapahoe County Jail on a first-degree murder charge and parole violation, according to jail records.
Police said he was charged in connection with an April 8 slaying near East Mississippi Avenue and South Galena Street.
The Arapahoe County coroner’s office identified the slain woman in the April 8 case as Aliyah Jasmine Bonicelli-Stinson and said she died of a gunshot wound.
Court documents in Davis’ case have been sealed.
