Dutch artist Wim T. Schippers is being honored with a peanut butter floor installation at the Depot offshoot of Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen in Rotterdam, which consists of 800 pounds of peanut butter spread across the floor and is meant to challenge conventional ideas about art.
