Mason has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, attempted second-degree kidnapping, first-degree assault and second-degree assault in Jefferson County. He also faces a federal charge of being a convicted felon in possession of a ballistic vest, according to the FBI Denver Division.
