Prosecutors said at today’s arraignment that they will seek the death penalty against a man who alleged to have killed his 6-year-old son and raped his ex-girlfriend earlier this year. “He raped me and said he was going to kill his kids,” the ex-girlfriend told 911 dispatchers on the night of the incident.
