AURORA | The massive group of seniors on the Hinkley boys soccer team — nearly every player on the roster — has and will experience a lot of firsts in 2017. The Thunderbirds can now call themselves conference champions for the first time since the current group of seniors arrived at the school — and for the first time since 2009 overall — while they will also get to experience postseason play for the first time in the near future.
