NEW YORK | Alec Baldwin did not want to let go of that parking spot, and he was willing to fight for it.

Baldwin has been arrested for allegedly punching someone during an argument over a New York City parking spot.

The actor was taken into custody just before 2 p.m. Friday in Manhattan’s West Village neighborhood, according to police.

A representative for Baldwin did not immediately respond to a message requesting comment.
