AURORA | The Aurora Urban Renewal Authority announced Tuesday that it will issue a request for qualifications (RFQ) for potential developers of the 11.9-acre Fan Fare site in the Havana North Urban Renewal Area.
AURA will issue the RFQ on May 27 for the site, where the bubble-roofed building that once served as a membership mall once stood before its demolition in recent years.
The deadline for submissions is 3 p.m. July 12. Up to three of the top applicants will be given a request for proposal after the RFQ process.
