Beginning in October of 2015, Senior Master Sgt. Crumel Mooring began processing the 460th Space Wing’s Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute’s Organizational Climate Survey assessments. Throughout this time he and his team have dedicated numerous hours to providing a superior product to wing, group and squadron leadership. His team has gone above and beyond by creating customized briefings, focus groups and team building events. These efforts have enabled a greater understanding of the 460th Space Wing’s Human Relations climate, which included vital recommendations for all around unit improvements.
