GLENWOOD SPRINGS | The Colorado Department of Transportation is launching weekend service on part of its interstate highway bus system beginning Saturday.
The plan calls for one round trip on Saturdays and Sundays. It goes from Glenwood Springs to Denver in the morning, and Denver to Glenwood Springs in the late afternoon.
Bustang launched in July with service from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs and from Glenwood Springs to Denver during the week. The project is funded by the 2009 FASTER bill, which raised car registration fees to pay for transportation projects.
Each coach can transport 50 passengers and is equipped with restrooms, bike racks, free Wi-Fi, power outlets and USB ports.

$28/pp one way and over 4 hour ride? hope there are takers.
